Becky & Phil it’s time for the sneak preview story gallery of your stunning Belton Woods Hotel autumn wedding.
Like many of my couples who put plans in place to get married before these times of Covid-19 lockdowns and pandemic restrictions, Becky and Phil have been on a real rollercoaster of a journey! Plans for a wedding in Newark were postponed but its a testament to their strength as a couple that they stuck to their guns, found the perfect new venue in Belton Woods at Grantham and set a new date for their wedding day.
Bridal prep kicked off early in the morning at their home in Lincoln where Phil was confined to his bedroom whilst the ladies got glammed up downstairs.
Makeup and hair done it was off to Belton Woods to grab they keys to the wedding bridal suite for Becky to get into her stunning bespoke dress and grab a few pre-ceremony shots of the final touches.
The Covid restrictions had reduced numbers of family and friends who could be there and with just seven guests it was an absolute honour to be part of their day and witness them say a very emotional ‘I do’.
Just before a delicious afternoon tea (with the best scones and cream ever!) we made the most of the lovely weather with a wander through the lovely woodland grounds of Belton Woods to capture the autumn fall colours before heading indoors to rearrange all the furniture for a colour co-ordinated portrait with Becky’s amazing blue shoes!
The icing on top of the cake was a perfect sunset which lit up the sky just long enough for us to dash out onto the 9th hole of the golf course and grab some lovely pictures as it dipped below the horizon.
It really was the most perfect day at Belton Woods, I hope this sneak preview brings you both back lots of happy memories!
