Ringwood Hall Hotel Wedding Grand Entrance

An absolutely stunning wedding day at Ringwood Hall Hotel Chesterfield

I had a final catchup with Nikki & Kieran at our local coffee shop to chat through all there plans a few weeks ago and it was great to hear how excited they both were to finally have their big day!

I absolutely love a good winter wedding, moody skies and catching the back end of autumn always makes for gorgeous colours and lighting and both Nikki and Kieran were keen to make the most of the little time we had between the ceremony and their wedding breakfast to explore to beautiful grounds of Ringwood Hall.

I arrived to find a super chilled out bridal party getting glammed up with hair and makeup, lots of laughs and the Prosecco was flowing! Kieran and his best man and arrived shortly afterwards in style, I wasn’t sure exactly which car they had decided on but I heard the Maserati en-route about half a mile before they actually arrived so I was ready with the camera when they pulled into the car park haha!

Time always flies on the morning of a wedding and before we knew it the time had arrived for the wedding ceremony, the room looked absolutely stunning with all of the Christmas decorations and five minutes after Nikki had made her way down Ringwood Halls grand staircase she was walking down the aisle to say ‘I do!’.

Kieran’s best man Stewart is ex-army so only having an hour or so between the ceremony and wedding breakfast was not a problem. He helped me organise all the group photos with some top military precision organisation leaving me plenty of time to take Nikki and Kieran for a wander around the gardens for some lovely shots of just the two of them.

I think the couple portraits speak for themselves, they were constantly glancing and smiling at each other, two people who are very clearly in love and very much made for each other.

Just before I left we took a lovely picture out at the front of Ringwood Halls stunning grand entrance before the last shot of the day, down in the stone pergola. When we got down there it turned out it wasn’t lit up anymore so with a couple of flashes we created our own light for a gorgeous dramatic picture of the new Mr & Mr’s.

Kieran, Nikki, thanks so much for having me along for the day, absolutely loved every single minute. You have an amazing family and I really hope these photographs of your stunning Ringwood Hall wedding bring back lots of happy memories.
