Stubton Hall Stunning Wedding Photography Sophie and James

Stubton Hall

Sophie & James

Sophie and James were married at their beautiful village church followed by a day of celebrations at the gorgeous Stubton Hall near Newark.

Sophie and the bridal party got ready at home and with help from her mum with the finishing touches. In no time at all the makeup was complete, the dress was buttoned, the veil was in and it was time for dad’s first look as Sophie made her way downstairs looking absolutely stunning.

The wedding car arrived so I made my way to church to catch up with James and the groomsmen who were soon ushered inside ready for Sophie and her dad to arrive and make the walk over an old stone bridge and down the path to say ‘I do!’

It was a really beautiful service, lots of emotion and after the exchange of rings and a first kiss it was time to head out a husband and wife! Ohh and the confetti… sooo much confetti, I’ve genuinely never seen so much confetti haha!

A short drive away it was a fantastic afternoon of celebrations at the gorgeous Stubton Hall, just the most beautiful house hidden away in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside.

Brilliant speeches (James had two best men so had two lots of embarrassing stories from his past to endure haha!), incredible food and lots of fun exploring the house and grounds for some lovely photographs.

Sophie, James, thank you for having me along for the day, I absolutely loved every minute. I hope this little sneak preview brings back some happy memories and I’ll be in touch again as soon as your full gallery is ready.
